Here's the latest pic. The backside is wide open again, despite my rebording earlier in the week. I'll be posting the following to CraigsList, again - Toronto, NYC and Cleveland...perhaps someone there wants this...
Buffalo, NY - "local landmark" located directly across the street from the future home of Buffalo's newly renovated Performing Arts High School and blocks away from new library. Possible historic tax credits...

Here's the archive - Woodlawn Row Houses - to see Buffalo's best example of 'demolition by neglect' of a City owned local-landmark. After 24 months of calling this to the City's attention and asking that the Woodlawn Row Houses be properly secured, the place is still wide open. Suggestions? Let me know.
