While out mowing lawns on Sunday afternoon, I had the opportunity to check out Rev. Stenhouse's place at 121 Woodlawn Avenue. First noticed problems at 121 back in February 2006 and took these pix.
Well on Sunday 121 Woodlawn Avenue was wide open...

If you are so inclined you may leave a message for Rev. Stenhouse at the Buffalo Fiscal Stability Authority's office, 716.853.0907 - he's the Secretary/Treasurer of Buffalo's Control Board.
What's so amazing about these continuing developments is that Bethel CDC remains the largest single owner of blighted and neglected residential property in the area immediately surrounding the future home of Performing Arts HS, right across the street.
No Housing Court for Rev. Stenhouse, not even an open inspection file for any of these properties.

The house is obviously in good condition too. What is the purpose for the neglect? Why does the city allow it?

Actually this is a really nice house with loads of potential. The electric blue must go tho. YUK! Its very sad that Rev. Stinkhole does this and also that he is allowed to. It should be sold for a dollar to someone who can see the potential and has a few bucks to do a few things. Overall it doesnt look too bad. Are Rev Stinkhole and Mayor Bozo sleeping together? Thats the only way he'd get away with this. Maybe they got married in New jersey?
Perhaps a news conference in front of the building with local media would emberass the Rev. and Mayor Brown and where the hell is the councilman on this?? AH yes..not an election year? SHOWS that things in the city have not changed, those in "impotent" positions get to snub the laws as do other "elitists". The Rev should be removed from his position on the board as those "leaders" should be held to higher bar!! AGAIN the leadership smacks of cronyism! Buffalo.. same 'ol same 'ol
