This study examined the location and neighborhood characteristics of parolees and probationers to support the evaluation and effectiveness of the Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN) Project in Buffalo, NY. This project brings together the law enforcement community to reduce gun violence though Notification Sessions for these offenders. In this case, offenders from Federal, County, and State agencies identified as being at high risk for committing gun violence over a 2.5 year period were examined.
