Kirk Laubenstein told me earlier this afternoon that the Grassroots Garden board has approved the application that Mark and Janice Stevens submitted last week for their urban farm project on Wilson Street. fixBuffalo readers will recall last week's post about the city's newest urban farming initiative - Wilson Street Urban Farm.
The next step is Common Council approval and a signed lease agreement with the Dept. of Economic Development. Approval for the signed lease agreement has been reportedly signaled by Commissioner Brian Reilly.
