Here in the 'hood 'demolition by neglect' happens on a daily basis, too. It's often un-noticed as we weave our way down Elmwood and plan for other sorts of events. I mean, just ask yourself. Would you really want this property in your backyard or on your street? Would you want to live nextdoor?
