October's Vinyl Solution

Noticed this place on Genesee Street this afternoon. I've added it to my collection.

Mr. McGuire: I want to say one word to you. Just one word.
Benjamin: Yes, sir.
Mr. McGuire: Are you listening?
Benjamin: Yes, I am.
Mr. Mcguire: Plastics.

AHHH YES...VINYL SIDING perhaps this owner will be able to focus his limiyed financial resources on his mortgage , rather than having to worry funding the cost to paint his blistering, peeling exterior every few years, so as it doesnt go into default, which will enhance the likelihood that this home will have a long time owner occupied residency rather than a future demo. If it were built all brick, chances are that this would of not been built as it would be cost prohibitive and or the potential owner would not been able to afford the cost. A fine compromise in building reasonably affordable homes for the low to middle class wage earners.
