Seen at the corner of Howard and Watson. 113 Howard was first developed by the WNY Veterans Housing Coalition (1989). It's been owned by a private investor from the UK since 2006. The back door is open. A neighbor told me that the property has been empty for years and has been heavily vandalized.

Ahh, the "Motel VI" built for homeless veterans less than twenty years ago. The place was mess from the get go. This was one of Rocco's first projects, when he was scrambling to get his bones as a builder. When it comes to homeless vets, this is what your taxpayer dollars get you.
Why do people vandalize? Do they have a mental illness???
