rip 474 Seneca Street. This building was demolished in late 2012 and had been privately owned for years. It was last used as a social club.

This is the most perfect juxtaposition I have seen in a long time; mid-19th century commercial building sitting in a sea of vinyl-clad residential in-fill homes.
If there was ever a symbol of the passing of time that should be restored this building represents that need; sadly, it appears to be on the road to demolition.
