Just a reminder, this building is a local-landmark that is owned by the City of Buffalo and sits directly across from the the future home of Performing Arts High School. A $32 million renovation is scheduled for this new project and just down the street at Utica & Jefferson $4 million is being spent for a new state of the art Erie County Library.
