"Housing for Everyone"? This is a serious topic for people in Buffalo and Niagara Falls, NY, where housing is probably the lowest cost in the entire nation and on the North American continent?! Sounds like a topic that would make sense in San Francisco, Seattle, Phoenix, or so forth, but I don't grasp what it means for Buffalo. Anyone, no matter now poor, can get great housing in Buffalo!

My remarks will be limited to "urban homesteading" and the emerging policy necessity to have a program here in Buffalo that makes sense and can turn vacant houses in to viable homes.
