Saturday afternoon while walking in the in the Jefferson/Northampton area we spotted these two signs, that I'd never seen before.

Former city council member George K. Arthur, spent years photographing fading painted signs on the sides of buildings. It seems to me he had a show of his work at some time, perhaps at the Historical Society?
