Mapping Buffalo - the (new) Erie County GIS

While doing property research today, I stumbled upon the newly revised Erie County GIS system. It's now streamlined and user friendly and a welcome addition to understanding Buffalo's built environment. An on-line tutorial will walk you through some of the more advanced functions. The site works very well for mapping the rest of the county, in case you didn't know.

There is a quality even meaner than outright ugliness or disorder, and this meaner quality is the dishonest mask
of pretended order, achieved by ignoring or suppressing the real order that is struggling to exist and to be served.
