    -Where is this located? Is it the original location?
    =What is this a monument to, and what did the missing brass plaque once say?

    Apparently the fifth freedom is for corporations to abandon property without cleaning up after themselves. Same old story - privatize the profits, socialize the liabilities; hence the need for the Superfund.
